At War: Planetary Defense Fleets 4.0
Because I love these mods and at moment no sign of latest maintainer to update them I gonna give it shot. If original maintainer returns I will remove my version and let them keep maintaining them.

Update
Fixed all the errors and made everything work as intended I think.
Fixed Economic tab building icons.
Work amount of pop to fit new workforce system
Added the building to Specialize District: Planetary Defenses
So far I could see everything else should work the same.
To do list/known issues.
Maybe work on how to make this work with bio shipset empires. (No promises)
What I will not do.
Add Bio ships/Buildings
Make any compatibility for other mods.
Make changes to its original design.
I will not respond to any of those kind requests.
