This patch makes 鋼鉄キャベツ’s Stellaris Galaxy Command Shipset compatible with NSC3 and updates it to 4.0+

This is a faction out of the mobile game from Stellaris. I have no idea about wich faction it is. I still hope you enjoy this shipset

Includes fixes

-> Colossus added

Important: This Shipset doesnt has any custom Starbases, habitats, science- or mining stations

Patch included for 4.0+. Galaxy Command Ships are shown as mechanical

Please report any issues you encounter, and I will do my best to fix them as quickly as possible.
This patch has been tested with Stellaris version 4.0.13, but it should remain compatible with past and future versions. I will continue to monitor compatibility.
