This patch makes marchin_81 Centauri Shipset compatible with NSC3 and updates it to 4.0+

The Centauri Republic is a proud and aristocratic empire in the Babylon 5 universe, once a dominant galactic power now struggling to reclaim its former glory. Known for their ornate ships with curved hulls and golden energy beams, the Centauri rely on tradition, ambition, and political intrigue. Ruled by an Emperor and a corrupt nobility, their expansionist mindset often brings them into conflict with younger races. Beneath their elegance lies a dangerous mix of pride, manipulation, and imperial ambition.
