Description:

Raises the maximum leader level to 100. Increases the maximum leader traits to 200 – 100 basic ones and 100 veteran ones. Leader can select a trait on each level.

Only with enabled DLC "Galactic Paragons": veteran class picking will happen at level 7; selecting a destiny trait will happen at level 14.

This mod overwrites some variables in the file: "Stellariscommondefines0_defines.txt". So, if you want to maximize compatibility with other mods, you should try to position it in the load order as low as possible.
