Description:

Mod Name: Prevent AI from Discovering Archaeological Sites and Astral Rifts

Main Features:
1. Sets the AI archaeological-site spawn chance and Astral Rift conversion progress to 0. Only the player can discover Archaeological Sites or convert Astral Scars into Astral Rifts; none will spawn naturally inside AI territory.
2. Lets the player freely adjust the spawn multipliers (0.25–65536×) for Archaeological Sites and Astral Rifts, and choose when Astral Scars start converting(mid-game or early-game). An event fires on 2200-01-02; you can reopen it later via an edict.
3. Archaeological Sites no longer consume an anomaly slot, so a Site and an anomaly can coexist on the same celestial body.
4. Reduces the global cooldown for Astral Rift generation from 10 years to 3 years.

Notes:
1. The mod does not stop the AI from researching existing Sites or Rifts—guard your treasures, or subscribe to my other mod Disable AI Archaeology and Astral Rift Exploration.
2. Only standard spawn mechanics are blocked; special scripted events that create Sites or Rifts remain untouched for maximum compatibility.
3. DO NOT set extreme multipliers! Very high or low values may overflow and crash the game.
4. Bug reports are welcome.
