Slower Exploration and Travel Speed
For all of you psychos out there who want "realistic" slower game, this mod slows down the exploration and ships movement speed for you. There are several mods on the Workship here that do similar things, but none of them exactly fit what I like, so I made one myself.
No files were override, this mod use a define text file, should be compatible with most mods.
What exactly changed:
> overall ship sublight speed slowed by 80%.
> Hyperlane travel speed slowed by 80%.
(but hyperdrive windup sped up from 15 days to 1.5 day)
> science ship survey speed halved.
> base survey time increased by 4 times (from 30 days to 120).
