Description:

This mod allows you to take hostages when invading a world.
Upon successfully invading a world, there is a base 20% chance to take the governor hostage.

Hostages has the hostage trait, which reduces their effectiveness and gives extra upkeep cost while not idle. If idle they do not count towards the leader cap.

Hostages can be traded to its empire of origin, even if that is an ai.

Dismissing a hostage will release it to the empire of origin.

This mod overwrites the following game rules:
– can_trade_leader
– should_count_towards_leader_cap
