While working on The Stellaris: Console Edition mod set, I needed to remake / edit the district art to work with the mod for the new icons, I thought to upload the blank districts as a separate mod for people who may like to use it or for those who are looking for said icons when making district icons for their mods.
The mod is completely save game compatible, you can activate / deactivate the mod without any impact. Works on previous save games as well.
