Astra Militarum
Adds Astra Militarum company as an assault army type.
The icon is taken from "The Great Crusade Origin" mod with a few balance changes while also keeping them very powerful and power fantasy-ish. To produce them you must have a military academy on the planet.
More army types may come in the future.
