This mod is an enhancement to Stellaris’ decision system. I got tired of playing with various mods where martial law occasionally appears, so I created a mod with buffs and debuffs. It’s not fully balanced yet, but it reduces crime and allows only one decision to be made depending on the severity of the issue.
