Ascension Perk Merges
Merges some (thematically somewhat fitting) base game Ascension Perks together
Merged Ascension Perks:
- World Shaper/Hive Worlds/Machine Worlds + Mastery of Nature
- Grasp the Void + Interstellar Dominion
- Imperial Prerogrative + Executive Vigor
All perks pull the prerequisites from the "base perk" (eg. World Shaper requires the Climate Restoration technology and one previously picked Perk)
