Description:

Adds a tech that requires both Hyper Relays and Gateway activation that requires 24000 physics. Makes Hyper Relays MUCH faster.

Tech name is tech_hyper_relays_improved if you want to get it in the console.

This tech was originally from Age of Wonder, this is for people who wanted this tech without using the whole Age of Wonder mod.
