Description:

Adds a new megastructure for printing Stellar Systemcraft.
The costs are massive, but what is the cost of convenience?

Must be built around an O-Class star.
Requires the Engineering technology "Systemscale Pseudomolecular Hyperfabrication" which can be rolled after research Planetary-Scale Fabrication and The Stellar Systemcraft.
Will require 80 pops to construct the structure itself, and another 40 pops for each systemcraft that is printed.
