Max Evasion 200
This extremely simple mod modifies maximum evasion chance
from 90% to 200%.
It’s intended to use with powerful mods such as
Ancient Cache of Technologies series and their submods.
Highly advanced warship are cannot hit by primitive technology.
Note: I don’t recommends to use in vanilla or vanilla-like environment.
Fun fact: this mod only contains one game file named "zzzzzz_me200_defines.txt"
