Description:

Compatible with 3.14.1

For players with low end GPUs, to reduce FPS drops caused by some of the system view VFX.

Removes the following:
-System view Nebula graphics
-Space Storm graphics (only in system view)
-Lingering dust effect in systems destroyed by Star Eaters

Does not remove nebula or spacestorm gameplay mechanics, just graphics

Ironman compatible

ALTERNATIVE MODS:
Nebula/Storm Performance Graphics : removes only the most taxing effects from nebulas and storms while still leaving some pretty graphics to look at. Do not use both mods at the same time.
