FTL Scout Probe New

Added FTL-enabled scout probes that can be built at the start of the game. Simply enter the ship designer and design a probe. They are simple reconnaissance and information-gathering devices that cannot be attached to fleets and can only be deployed independently to search for new life and identify possible worlds to investigate.
The probe can:
Use its enhanced sensors to mark adjacent unexplored systems as explored.
» Move quickly between systems. They’re even faster than frigates.
» Build quickly (relatively) cheaply from any shipyard.
Identify alien life and scout potential new worlds to investigate and colonize.
» Provide a little bit of piracy deterrent. But only a little.
Help gather intelligence about potential threats so you can determine the weapons preferences and technology levels of (potential) enemies.
The probe cannot/cannot:
» Direct access to unexplored systems. You need to move them near the "unexplored" system first.
» Direct survey of planets or systems. Science ships are still needed for this.
» Fight. Like, totally. They are made of thin paper and do not have a particularly good dodge.
» Enter a wormhole where you can’t see the other end. They can scout them and tell you where it goes, but not through.
Ask scientists, admirals, or any other leaders to play a role.
» Automatic Exploration.
» Being used by AI doesn’t allow them to be used by AI in the first place. (Maybe?)
The probe shall not:
» Compatible with any module that fundamentally changes the way ships work. I believe they are compatible with NSC2, but I haven’t checked them in a while (and they’re a bit redundant since the NSC2 frigate has a measurement sensor option).
