Paragon Leaders Expanded
I really like the new Paragon Leader system. However, I thought that the level cap of 10 was far too limiting and didn’t give enough room for leader growth.
Features
This mod has the following features:
- Increased the base leader capacity from 6 to 8.
- Increased the base leader skill cap from 10 to 15.
- Increased the maximum leader skill cap from 10 to 20.
- Added +Leader Skill Cap to 4 vanilla society technologies
- Reduced the imperial heir min/max age from 18-26 to 8-16
- Moved the veteran subclass trait unlock from level 4 to 10
- Moved the destiny trait unlock from level 10 to 18
- Enabled Destiny traits for Gestalt Empires
- Adjusted leader XP scaling to allow for an extra 10 levels
- Inceased Admiral/General base XP gains
- Increased the Eager trait’s cap elimination from level 4 to 10
- Leader hiring/upkeep once again uses energy
- Reduced leader base upkeep from 2 to 1.75
- Added a tier 3 varriant of all basic traits (except Spark of Genius as it would cause compatibility issues with other mods)
- Rebalanced existing traits around having 3 tiers
- Adds 8 new leader traits (5 positive, 3 negative)
- Navigator: -20%/40%/60% Ship MIA Time (Admirals/Scientists)
- Advisor: +1/2/4 Country Leader Capacity
- Tactful: +1/2/3 Envoys and +5%/10%/15% Diplomatic Weight
- Shrewd: +5%/10%/15% Agenda Speed/Hostile Influence Claims and +5%/7.5%/10% Agenda Effect Duration
- Trailblazer: +15%/30%/45% Colony Development Speed and +0/0/1 Colony Starting Pops
- Officious: +5%/7.5%/10% Empire Size from Districts and Systems
- Grandiose: +10%/20%/30% Building and District Upkeep
- Disruptive: -10%/20%/30% Councilor XP Gain
Compatibility
This mod should be fully compatible with almost all other mods. The exception of course being other mods that also edit vanilla leaders or leader traits.
