The Empty Vagrant is a mod that tries to simulate a fleet civilization without planets. This mod can let you deeply experience a fleet civilization with complete industrial system and ecological cycle, challenge the traditional planetary civilization, conquer and dominate the whole galaxy, or peacefully coexist with it to create a prosperous and harmonious galactic society.
Introduction of System:
-This mod starts with the civic of "Void Nomad". Almost everything needs to be selected to start with this civic. Since it takes up 1 civic point, it will be available according to the selected trend of ethics or authorities.

-More than ten new origins are added: the permanent existence of the Lonely journey, Lively place, Asylum, We are twins, A Middle Course, etc.
-A new economic system has been added. The main resource production method in this mod is to rely on the home ship to install production equipment modules of various sizes and types for the production of various resources. Since the fleet system cannot be connected to the population (pops) system, a new resource has been created: manpower. As a pop system on the simulated planet, the construction of home ships needs to consume this resource.
