Updated for v3.5.*

1. Unlimited choice of purge policy
2. Unlimited choice of refugee policy regardless of ethics
3. Unlimited choice of species citizenship rights of being purged
4. Removal of species rights change cooldown so that you can choose to purge a species or not now and then

This mod works by removing restrictions from certain sections of purge policies and citizenship rights, and re-apply those restrictions in AI weights.

As a consequence, AI still have vanilla behaviors while players can choose freely among those purge policies 🙂

This mod updates purge section of commonpolicies0_policies.txt from separate file, the same goes with commonspecies_rights0_citizenship_types.txt for purge and machine empire purge.

Should be compatible in most of the cases.

Change purge policies and species citizenship rights at your willing :).
Beware, purge types are unchanged, thus sometimes certain purge types still require correct conditions, but with purge policy on, most of the common types are already available, even with your primary species!

Specifically, This mod was designed to cooperate with Danboy’s Purge and Abandon .

Change the citizen rights of species you would like to vanish to purge, then apply the abandon planet decision provided from above! check it out 🙂
