I did not modify UI for aditional resources you may need to use "UI Overhaul Dynamic" https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1623423360

It may not be save compatibile, you may need start fresh game or load game before Galactic Market foundation.

change:
"Light Matter" "acot_sr_light_matter" changed to tradable resource, price 500
(it was necessary to overwrite whole file "acot_special_resources.txt")

load mods in this order

2. Ancient Cache Of Technologies
3. UI Overhaul Dynamic (optional)
