To unlock the Ship you have to enable it on gamestart and then research: "Battleship Tech" (tech_battleships) + "Improved Battleship Hulls" (tech_battleship_hull_1), after that it can get a research option.

The ship is limited to 1 per empire

AI should not be able to build it

The ship tech comes with custom components

Captain Harlock should spawn after researching the tech
