Assembly world designation
Add new machine world planet designation: Assembly world.
My goal was to fulfill the sci-fi fantasy, designating a planet entirely to machine assembly.
This designation switching the industrial district foundry jobs into replicator jobs.
To make it balanced, replicators on this planet use 10 alloys instead of 1.
