Fun with Ethics and Civics
This is mod re-envisions the vanilla ethics and civics by re-branding the original ethics and creating new civics from scratch. Other mechanics have been re-balanced as well. In total this is a mini overhaul mod and sadly probably doesn’t perform well with other game play mods.

- Avaricious – Altruism
- Traditional – Innovative
- Imperious – Harmonious
- Reclusive – Sociable
- 47 new civics
- 1 new job (maybe more to come)
- Various re-balances
- 4 ethic points and 3 civics points. No longer gain an extra civic point mid game.
- Armies cost alloys and require food maintenance
- Ships have food maintenance
- Industrial Districts no longer provide housing
- Jobs tweaked such as enforcer crime reduction lowered
- Crime events removed, and Criminals reduce stability
- Capital stages increase criminals and amenities usage
A few features utilize Utopia. Probably safer to turn the rest off for now.
So I am abandoning this mod, but fear not as most the ideas exist on in Stellaris Fresh Start and Fresh Start Civics. I might as well leave this mod up? If there are any massive bugs and you like using this mod I can fix it (if reported). But no more gameplay updates for this mod(not that I had done any).
