PD Master of Nature Techs +3 Max Districts
Adds number of Max Districts when applying this tech. Some Might say its overpowered but I find it weird if you got tech to place orbital mirrow to improve energy gain, find more minirals or beter farm lands but not free up district to build them?. Why get the tech but you cannot improve your full planet with it sound like waste of resourses. This will fix that for you! happy building!
