——Starbase now possess at maximum 3 XL slot and 13 L/M/S/P/H/G slots each at the same time, and can equip 48 defensive utilities.
——Starbase now installed with FREE stealth field generator, provides extreme cloaking strength for friendly ships. Tip: ONLY works on ships with cloaking device.
——Starbase can now build and deploy GATEWAY from its defense page.
——Reactor power of Starbase and Platform has increased to satisfy former demands.
——Ion Cannon now only count as size 1 ship instead of 8, but still receive 8x size damage factor.
——Added planet building: EMP Station, cost tremendous energy to disable ANY ships in orbit, in order to counter Colossus.
——Added planet building: Repair Station, cost tremendous minerals to instantly remove planet devastation.
——Added planet building: Storm Bringer, cost some energy and dark matter to summon a great fleet of lightning clouds.
——Eternal Vigilance effect for AIs is limited to half spending even they choose full spending policy.
