Random Tag Switch
A mod made primarily for me and my friends as there didn’t seem to exist any random tag switch mod for Stellaris.
Don’t expect this mod to be actively updated/maintained, however, it’s unlikely to break with newer Stellaris versions.
When you start a game, the host will receive an event to dictate how often a tag switch happens. There are options for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80, and 100 years between tag switches. Once the time comes, every player gets an event where, once they press they button, they tag switch to a random AI empire.
Should be compatible with other mods. As the mod uses the built-in tag switching function, if a mod breaks due to a tag switch, it’s likely that mod doesn’t support switching tags for whatever reason.
