original mod description:
This mod adds new buildings – "Atmosphere neutralizer" and "Atmosphere controller" and new job "Terraformer".
Atmosphere neutralizer adds 2 Terraformer Jobs. upgradable to Atmosphere controller.
Atmosphere controller adds 5 Terraformer Jobs.
Terraformer(Terraforming drone) produces 2 society and increse planet’s habitability by 3% per pop.
These Building and job is unavaible in machine empire.
