Less Habitable Planets (3.6)
Changes Habiltability modifier to 0.25 so when selected a habitable planets modifier to X1 it’s behave as if it was X0.25.
At X0.25 it’s more like X0.125 or something like that.

map/setup_scenarios/medium.txt
map/setup_scenarios/large.txt
map/setup_scenarios/huge.txt
As a result any mod that overwrites these files is incompatible.
