Compromises made:
German Empires map flag uses Iron Cross
Bulgarian map flag made uses Bulgarian Naval Jack
Russian map flag uses Imperial Standard
Belgian map flag uses Royal Standard of Albert I
Austro-Hungarian flag has part of the middle cut out
Finland map flag uses the Presidential Standard
Romania map flag uses the Royal Standard of the King
Polish map flag uses the Coat of Arms flag
