Description:

This is a compatibility Patch for Expanded Espionage and Diplomacy, Galactic Imperium Unification and NGS.
The "lower house" system works for nearly all resolutions.

This patch can cause crashes during startup.
From the tests I have done I can conclude that it does not depend on the mod but on the launcher or the game engine (EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION error).
The only solution for now is to try to run the game several times until it starts.
