Barren Terraforming Fix
As of patch 1.7, this bug has been fixed, making this mod obsolete.
In vanilla, the red barren planets that look like Mars can be terraformed if they have the Terraforming Candidate modifier, but the button doesn’t appear on the blue ones (since they are a different planet class: pc_barren_cold).
This mod allows cold barren planets to be terraformed.
This should still be compatible with 1.6 even though it has the box with the exclamation mark. If it’s not then leave a comment.
