What is this mod?
This mod adds a new civic which grants machine empires the freedom of choice. The idea is a machine empire that has achieved full free cognition. In other words it can act on its own and can take bio-thropies but also purge, assimilate or more.
Compatibility
This mod overrides a few files. I will have a list of the full amount in the pinned discussion.
Disclaimer
I adopted this mod, as such to bring it back to current stellaris state is not a fast en bugless process. I might miss stuff or make loopholes. If you ever find any please feel free to inform me.
