Speeds up the Galactic Community timers significantly so you don’t have to wait several years only for Minor Administrative Sanctions to be sent to the senate floor instead of more important resolutions.
Senate sessions last 180 days and recess lasts 360 days, and cooldowns for proposing resolutions, council powers, and custodian powers are all reduced as well.
Works on 3.5, and should continue to work as long as Paradox doesn’t change the Galactic Community.
