Disable Juggernaut Shipyard
Disable juggernaut’s shipyard as a fix for fleet manager queuing too many ships with juggernaut instead of with starbase shipyards/mega shipyard. It should work with any mod that does not change common/ship_sizes/18_juggernauts.txt.
