Starbase Aura Icons Fixed

The vanilla starbase icons are still all using the same subspace snare which annoys me. This mod corrects the icons to the starbase aura components so they match what they are. no other edits were made, but any mod affecting these auras will conflict with this.
I encourage all mods affecting these components to change their icons as well. it’s prettier
