Foreign Gateway Construction
Updated for 3.4!
Now allows the building of special Gateway AND Hyper Relay buildings within friendly alien territory. Vassals are no longer valid targets, as that is now covered by Overlord.
These special constructions cost less resources, but slightly higher influence (literally just 5 more).
UPDATE 05.16.2022:
–Updated to hide the Foreign Gateway when Gateway Construction hasn’t been researched. It was showing up after activation tech erroneously.
–Updated to stop the AI from constructing duplicate Gateways/Hyper Relays in systems you’ve built-up for them.

OLD Description:
Creates a single-stage "Foreign Gateway" megastructure that can ONLY be built in the territory of foreign empires with a relationship level of friendly or higher. its slightly cheaper than a regular gateway, and will transfer ownership to the empire who’s space you’re building in (to avoid shenanigans).
