Tricolor Flags
Adds a set of tricolor striped flag backgrounds. Half use a mix of colors 1 & 2, half use a third color that can be defined by hand. Every combination is present for you to determine the primary/secondary colors of your empire as you wish.
The main way that I know to add a third color in Stellaris is to edit the (My DocumentsParadox InteractiveStellarisuser_empire_designs.txt) file by hand, and switch the third color in the "colors={" array.
I used UI Overhaul Dynamic and Expanded Colors [180 Colours] in the images.
