AI Galactic Imperium
This mod is what you need if you want a game where you rebel against the Galactic Imperium. This mod drastically increases the chances for the AI to vote for and propose the Council formation, Custodian Nomination, Remove Term Limit and Emperor resolutions. The AI will heavily prioritize these resolutions, and if they succeed, the Galactic Imperium will be proclaimed.
NOTE: Its recommended to boost the AI strength, so it has enough power to become the Imperium. If the AI empire is authoritarian, the chance will be even bigger.

- Will conflict with mods that influence AI Behavior in the Galactic Community
This mod will enlarge the chance that the AI goes down the Galactic Imperium route. If you want to rebel against them, you need to conduct espionage against the Emperor. There will be several missions to undermine Imperial Authority, and once that is low enough the spy operation Imperium: Spark Rebellion will be unlocked. If the mission is completed, the Imperium will start a war against the Rebel faction, and the Loyalist faction. Have fun!
