Avali Compatibility Patch

this small patch aims at fostering compatibility between different avali mods in Stellaris.
it is mainly designed to integrate the Another Animated Avali portraits and the Avali Animated Portrait mod portraits into a single species.
It also fixes the Avali Species and Empires (ASAE) mod so that the premade empires use the animated avali portraits. ASAE also adds nice namelists.
Requirements:

- Avali Species and Empires (installing the static portraits is not necessary and may even cause problems)
this patch must come after all those in the load order ! (overwrites some configs everywhere)
if using ASAE, put it before the portrait mods
- Another Animated Avali 0.2
- Avali Animated Portrait 0.5.4
- Avali Species and Empires 0.4.2
I am basically modding mods here. Expect savegame to break with any update in any of the involved mods. Some mods provide backups as a solution.
