All Custom Empires
This mod will stop random empires spawning into the world (If you request more empires exist than you have custom/prescripted empires available then it will spawn random empires)
This mod will NOT stop the prescripted empires made by paradox or any other mods from spawning, for that use this mod: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2719749769
This will not stop things that are NOT standard empires from spawning as random empires ie fallen empires are unaffected. (note advanced starts are affected by this mod)
This mod also will NOT stop random empires being created from origins like Common Ground or Lost Colony that will create a related empire
Note the systems Sol and Deneb (and others added by other mods you might have) are locked to only spawn in once regardless of how many empires are set to spawn from them, so if you aren’t getting the expected results check to make sure no empires are spawning from a named system like them
There is a weird bug relating to randomly generated names, that can stop similar named empires from spawning if you use the random name generators, to fix this you can just enter the name manuallly (I think, tbh I’m not entirely sure how it works, but this link has some info: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/threads/stellaris-forced-spawn-empires-not-spawning-cepheus-v3-4-5-a361.1537779/post-28535807 )
