Animated Skeletor Portrait Keyman’s Version
This is a reupload of the mod created by Uethredyes and based off mnidjm’s Animated Skeletor Portrait
This is a personal modification of the original mod, alot of people wanted unpainted versions, so I just added them too as another portrait to choose. I also changed the eyecolor of the skeletors to green. No namelists nor prescripted empires added.

Fully animated skeletal humanoids. War-painted and bare versions. Can be used to create player empires.
Compatibility
This mod does not affect any vanilla files, nor does it add any gameplay feature, namelists or empires.
