Description:

This mod adds traits with special effects, conditional bonuses, or planet and country wide bonuses per pop. Traits work for robots/lithoids/etc everything if it makes sense for them to.

I am currently splitting my mod into traits, civics, and origins and then updating the old one as an omnibus.
