Removes all the limits placed on the logistic growth function by paradox. Makes bigger planets actually reach higher max growth than smaller ones. Also reintroduces the negative effect of small population on growth. Migration is adjusted to the higher gowth numbers.
I recommend setting logistic growth celing to at least 4. This does not change the amount of growth you gain from pops but rather raises the arbitrary limiter to a higher number.
Compatible with everything.
