I found that all fallen empire building mods are some kind of out-dated. So I just update them my self.

Updated to 3.0

Add a new ascension perk, is available after chosen five ascension perks and researched Arcane deciphering technology. Then it unlock new technologies allowing you build some fallen empire buildings(but slightly nerfed).
