Additional to Plentiful Traditions 3.x I have made a little mod that adds some nice civics for you.

Features:

• 8 new Civics
• Origins will follow
• English and German

Civics:

• Peasantry: Farmer are 25% more productive.
• Voles: Miners are 25% more productive.
• Global energy planning: Technicians are 25% more productive.
• War economy: Metallurgists are 25% more productive.
• Guild system: Artisans are 25% more productive.
• Workers paradise: Workers are 5% more productive.
• Special knowledge: Specialists are 5% more productive.
• Defense Initiative: Defence Platform Capacity increased by 3.
