This is a small fix to one Star Trek: New Horizons problem which may or may not bother you.

By default in STNH Cardassians and other xenophobes enslave every other species. This is flavourful and fits some of the event of Star Trek, but given that AI can not resettle pops it causes them to have planets consisting entirely of slaves.

This mod makes the AI use residence instead. Bajorans will still be rebelling (it’s event-based), but other planets will be much more stable and not hurt ai that much.
