Choose only ONE version, Extreme OR standard!

What does this mod do?

This mod adds heavy weight on AI ship building/upgrades and Starbases.
-This ensures that the AI will have large fleet. This is achieved by giving the AI bonuses to produces the ships/starbases.

Static Modifier Bonuses:
Military Reform (Name is for flavor only / AI and Player):
  • Naval Command Limit = +100
  • ships Upkeep = -15%
  • Ships Logistics = -15%

–This ensures that the AI will have less multiple low fleetpower fleet BUT few LARGER fleetpower Fleet
–Half only as the player gets this too.
–Given at the start of the game and on every decade pulse for empires that didnt manage to get it before.

Economic Reform (Name is for flavor only / AI Only):
  • Population Government Ehic Attraction = +100%
  • Population Ethics Shift Speed Mult = +60%
  • Population Demotion Time = -25%
  • Bonus Energy Production = +200
  • Bonus Alloys Production = +50
  • Bonus Physics Research = +100
  • Bonus Society Research = +100
  • Bonus Engineering Research = +100
  • Bonus Volatile Motes Production = +10
  • Bonus Exotic Gases Production = +10
  • Bonus Rare Cystals Production = +10
  • Naval Capacity = +100
  • Shipclass Military Build Speed Mult = +200%
  • Ships Upkeep = -25%
  • Ships Logistics = -25%

-This will be given to the AI at the start of decade pulse then every 10 years for upstart empires that didnt get it the first time.
–The 3 Population bonus above ensures stable AI Empire, Stable = Better.
—Rest is what this makes this mod possible, with it AI can have extreme large fleet size
—Naval Cap starts +100, On Mid-game pulse, additional +350 will be given, End-game pulse, +1050, a total of 1500 naval cap bonus.
—-Naval Cap has been separated in that way, AI tech can catch up and slightly less corvette spam. (They will still spam it tho).
—–Last 3 bonuses listed for AI are for flavor only.

Minor Naval Reform (Name is for flavor only / AI Only):
  • Bonus Energy Production = +300
  • Bonus Alloys Production = +250
  • Naval Capacity = +1300

-Given only on Mid-game pulse. Any empire that emerge after it will have a chance to get it at End-game pulse.
–Separated bonuses to ensure AI tech can catch up before the AI start spamming ships. With this on Midgame, they can build with cruisers / battleships.

Major Naval Reform (Name is for flavor only / AI Only):
  • Naval Capacity = +1050

-Given only on End-game pulse. Any empire that emerge after it wont get it.
–Separated bonuses to ensure AI tech can catch up before the AI start spamming ships. With this on Endgame, they can build with battleships / titan.

With all the bonuses above as well as the weight modifiers, Large AI Fleet Size is achievable

Compabiltiy:

-Not compatible with any other mod that edits 00_alloys_budget

Q: Performance Impact?

A1: It would be best to use mods like AI Game Performance Optimisation 4.3 as this mod has a feature that merges the AI fleet.

If the Fallen empire and Crisis is always ransacked by this mod, Kindly use this:
More Crisis and FE ships Reboot
