!~ Universal Notifications Patch ~!
Paradox, in their infinite wisdom, has only allowed notification messages to be defined in a single file. Any mod which wishes to add their own custom notifications needs to modify this file, with no automatic merging.
All ‘Required’ items are merged together, but are not actually required. You do not need to run all of these mods, if a mod that is supported by this patch is not present, it will not cause any problems.
