(Custom Species) The Xycan Combine
So, a friend of mine made some amazing portraits for her twitter empire, and I thought they were just too good to not be put in the game. So, there they are!
They’re all in the same portrait group, but they all have their specific functions, scientist, admirals, governors, rulers… All of them fill a role… or two.

Also, no. Those portraits are not animated, and I don’t think they ever will be.
