Permanent Decisions – Encourage Planetary Growth / Distribute Luxury Goods
Makes the Encourage Growth and Distribute Luxury Goods Decisions last indefinitely, but cost an equivalent amount as monthly upkeep instead. The Distribute Luxury Goods Decision’s cost still scales the same way and will be updated every 10 years while active, like it would normally.
IMPORTANT:
The two decisions monthly upkeep will be visible in form of a new rare planetary feature with a name like:
-X <resource> per Month

Upon stopping the decision, the corresponding planetary feature will be removed as well.
KNOWN ISSUES:
When terraforming a planet into a Machine World, Hive World or an Ecumenopolis, any planetary features on the planet will be removed, including the ones used for the decisions monthly upkeep, essentially making the activated decisions free. Stopping and reactivating the two decisions after terraforming will fix this.
Incompatible with any mod that makes changes to either of the two decisions.
